At Macedon, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with transparency and trust. Our return and exchange process is powered by PostEx logistics, ensuring a secure and smooth experience for all customers across Pakistan.
What You Can Return or Exchange:

Incorrect size

Damaged or defective item

Changed your mind
You must request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

All tags must be intact

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped)
How the Process Works (PostEx-Enabled):

Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and reason for return

Our team will initiate the return or exchange request through PostEx

A PostEx rider will pick up the item from your address (pickup fee applies)

After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit
Refunds:
Refunds are available in eligible cases and will be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Please allow 3–5 business days after item approval for the refund to be completed.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items missing original tags or packaging
