Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive your order and make the cash payment.

  • If no one is available during the delivery attempt, the courier may contact you for further instructions or attempt a redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, occasional delays or lost parcels can occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
